Can't Connect to Breadcrumb - Seeing 3 Dots

If you see three dots for more than 30 seconds when trying to launch or login to Breadcrumb, please follow these steps:

1. Place the iPad in Airplane Mode (swipe up from the bottom of the app and tap the airplane icon). 

2. You will now be able to start the app in offline mode. Accept the notification and continue operating in offline mode. 

3. Once the app is launched, exit Airplane Mode. 

This will enable you to resume operations in offline mode until the issue is resolved.
