Printers Not Working in Offline Mode

Offline Mode supports printing chits and receipts during offline mode, providing that the router and local network are working. 

If chits do not print in offline mode, visit HQ > Menus > Categories. 

Ensure that each category is set to a specific Default Printer Group. Sub-categories do not have to be set to a specific printer group. 

Note: If you try to make this update while in offline mode, the fix won't update until you return to connectivity.
