Missing a Payment

Missing payments can occur on rare occasions, most often after you've been in Offline Mode. If you need to add a tip, please follow these steps

If you don't see a credit card payment 24 hours after an Offline Mode incident, we can help. Please follow these steps:

1. Take a photo of the payment slip(s). 

2. Email it to support@breadcrumb.com

3. We'll find and apply the missing payment as quickly as we can.
