Responding To Retrievals and Chargebacks

Please note that Breadcrumb Payments only facilitates the chargeback / retrieval process by representing the case on your behalf. The final decision in all chargeback / retrieval cases is made by the issuer and we are not able to influence that decision.

  1. Make sure you fully respond to the chargeback /retrieval on or before the due date.
  2. Scan your supporting documents and attach it with your response to our e-mail notifying you of the retrieval / chargeback.
  3. Provide a written rebuttal contesting the dispute.
  4. Provide any additional proof you have available such as a signed contract, delivery confirmation, tracking number, signed refund policy etc.
