What if the time on my tickets is incorrect?

If the time on your tickets is incorrect, you will need to confirm that the correct time is set in your iOS device.

  1. From the home screen of your iOS device, tap Settings
  2. From the Settings menu, tap General
  3. From the General screen, tap Date & Time
  4. From the Date & Time screen, tap Set Date & Time
  5. From the Date & Time screen, tap the time
  6. Select the hour, minute and time of day
  7. Tap outside of the screen to save your changes
