Reports Aren't Adding Up At End Of Day

Reporting within Breadcrumb HQ is accurate based off of the information that is entered into the system from the restaurant's staff. This information, however, can seem to be missing checks, payments, or check items from the data.

If you notice that your reports may be missing information, we would suggest taking a look at all iPads within the venue to ensure that none of them are running in Offline Mode. If one of the iPads are in Offline Mode, then the check detail and payment information for the missing checks are stored on the iPad waiting to be synced with the reports server.
