Revenue Centers and Cover Counts

Breadcrumb defines Revenue Centers' sales by how each check was ordered, and covers as the number of guests seated. 

Table checks' sales are allocated to their Zone names. For example, a check rung in within the zone Main Dining Room will have it's sales allocated to the Main Dining Room revenue center.

When guests are seated at a table in a zone, Breadcrumb counts covers as the number of guests seated. 

Tab checks' sales allocate to the Tab revenue center. When a tab is opened and no guest is seated, Breadcrumb counts zero because no guest was seated. 

To Go checks' sales allocate to the To Go revenue center.When a To Go check is opened and no guest is seated, Breadcrumb counts zero because no guest was seated.  

Delivery checks' sales allocate to the Delivery Revenue Center. When a Delivery check is opened and no guest is seated, Breadcrumb counts zero because no guest was seated.
